Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Management: Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense reports. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Follow up on overdue payments and manage vendor/client communications.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end/year-end closing and prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets). Support audit preparation.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain general ledgers and perform bank reconciliations. Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to tax regulations (SST, income tax) and internal policies. Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency enhancements in financial processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years in accounting/finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL accounting or similar software.
