  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in account management and account payable processes.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in handling full/partial accounting duties

  • Willingness to work onsite in Puncak Alam.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations is an advantage.


Responsibility


  • Manage and maintain accurate accounts payable records, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

  • Apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.

  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

  • Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data from databases to support accounting and reporting activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting-related inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies in all accounting activities.
