Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow key accounts in the cosmetics market. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities


  1. Key Account Management: Manage and grow assigned customer accounts (retailers, resellers, distributors, corporate clients). Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent after-sales service. Handle customer enquiries, orders, product issues, and follow-ups professionally.

  2. Sales & Business Growth: Drive account growth by proposing product bundles, promotions, and upselling opportunities. Identify new business leads and actively develop new accounts in cosmetics/perfume market. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

  3. Order & Delivery Coordination: Prepare quotations, invoices, sales order confirmation and delivery documentation. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team to ensure accurate & timely delivery. Monitor stock availability for customers and assist in demand forecasting.

  4. Reporting & Administration: Update sales reports, customer database, price list, and account tracking. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports: sales summary, collections, account status. Support management in preparing documents for audits / internal reporting when required.

  5. Industry & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on cosmetic/perfume trends, competitor pricing, and market insights. Advise customers on best-selling products, fragrance notes, product usage and promotions.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2–5 years experience as Account Executive / Sales Executive / Key Account in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, fragrance, perfumes industry.

  • Strong ability to manage B2B customer accounts & sales operations.

  • Good communication & negotiation skills (Malay & English; Mandarin is an advantage).

  • Highly organized: able to manage multiple accounts and deliver deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, invoicing and reporting.
