Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records on behalf of clients, including ledgers, journals, and financial reports.
  • Collect, review, and analyze clients’ accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Ensure all clients’ financial transactions are recorded properly, timely, and in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform monthly and annual account reconciliations for clients to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare clients’ financial statements, management reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Handle clients’ accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring proper tracking and timely settlements.
  • Assist clients in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Identify discrepancies or errors in clients’ accounts and recommend corrective actions.
  • Liaise with clients to provide financial insights, advice, and support for better decision-making.
  • Ensure clients’ compliance with statutory requirements such as taxation, SST, EPF, SOCSO, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of clients’ financial records for easy reference and audit trail.
  • Support clients during external audits or tax reviews by providing accurate documentation.
  • Advise clients on improvements to their accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Carry out any other accounting-related services as requested by clients or assigned by management from time to time.
