Qualifications

• More than five (5) years of work experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports including monthly and annual P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements.
• Oversee proper recording of all financial transactions and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles to support Management and Board-level decision making.
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and fund utilization.
• Supervise liaison with tax agents and auditors to ensure compliance.
• Assist Directors in financial planning, cost control and securing external financing.
• Provide hands-on financial and advisory support to Management.
• Ensure all accounting and financial records comply with internal SOPs.

We are looking for an Account and Finance Manager to oversee the company’s accounting functions, manage financial reporting and controls, and support overall financial operations. What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial reports including monthly and annual P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements
• Oversee proper recording of all financial transactions and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles to support Management and Board-level decision making
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and fund utilization
• Supervise liaison with tax agents and auditors to ensure statutory, regulatory and accounting standards compliance
• Assist Directors in financial planning, cost control and securing external financing
• Provide hands-on financial and advisory support to Management
• Ensure all accounting and financial records comply with internal SOPs and are properly documented
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company financial matters
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Management

Who We’re Looking For

• Proficient in both Autocount & SQL accounting software
• More than five (5) years of work experience in relevant field
• Good analytical & communication skills
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
