Job description

Involving invoicing, expenses, including DOs and other documents includes performing daily tasks like data entry and bookkeeping tasks.

To ensure smooth billing operations and accurate financial documentation

Handling petty cash billing, filing documents, and ensuring proper record-keeping for accurate financial information.

Supporting the accounting department with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, Availability to assist colleagues in completing tasks., and assisting with inventory reports and statement reconciliations.

Good communication skills for liaising with external parties and proficiency with e-invoicing platforms are often required.

Qualifications
  • Own transport
  • STPM / Diploma or equivalent ; Degree (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
  • Proven experience as an invoicing clerk, billing clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with auto count software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and in a team
