💰 RM 2,500 – RM 3,300 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Documentation & Filing
  • Perform filing, printing, scanning, and documentation control
  • Maintain proper record-keeping for accounting documents
2. Data Entry & Daily Accounting Tasks
  • Accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems
  • Prepare petty cash vouchers, staff claims & supporting documents
  • Assist in retrieving invoices, receipts & supporting documents
3. Liaison & Coordination
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Assist senior accountants with inquiries and follow-ups
4. Month-End Support
  • Assist senior team in closing activities
  • Perform invoice matching / knock-off against payments
5. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks
  • Provide support to the finance team for daily operations
  • Perform any duties assigned by supervisor or management
Skills & Competencies
Must-Have
  • Chinese Speaking (Mandarin), English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proactive, energetic & goal-driven attitude
  • Good communication & teamwork
  • Detail-oriented & highly organized
Technical Skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Microsoft Office / Google Sheet
  • Able to follow SOP and documentation processes
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in accounting/finance support (currently using Autocount)
  • Ability to resolve day-to-day accounting issues
  • Fast learner with strong accountability
