What You’ll Do
- Manage accounts payable processes using CONCUR and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliation while maintaining the integrity of client financial records.
- Support the preparation of BAS, FBT, and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist in budgeting activities and provide audit support, including extracting data from ERP systems, banks, and CONCUR.
- Liaise with auditors and broker clients to facilitate smooth financial operations and reporting.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounting field; experience supporting the Australian client/market would be an added advantage.
- Qualified Accountant with either CPA, CA, ACCA or any relevant professional certificate would be highly considered.
- High-level understanding of technical accounting including but not limited to AP, AR, month closing, bank reconciliation and journal entry.
- High Excel skills level (intermediate to advanced)
- Comprehensive verbal and written English skills.
Work setup
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (7am till 4pm - Malaysia local time) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) after a 3-month onsite probation.
