A regional finance company in Selangor is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage account receivables and payables, including documentation and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is encouraged if they are a fresh graduate. Perform account receivables functions i.e. collection and bank-in cheques process and update cash book accordingly.
Perform account payables functions i.e. process of payments, update respective payments summary and cash book accordingly.
Assist to prepare for account payables and other payables accounts.
Prepare bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
Handle administrative works such as filing, coordination of payments within the Company.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Organized, responsible and has self-initiative.
Able to work under pressure and deliver within committed deadlines.
