The Account Assistant supports the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling daily accounting activities including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Monitor and track outstanding payments and follow up when necessary.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and internal records.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data in the system.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on finance-related matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Accountant.
Requirements
