In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Based in Melaka, Melaka, this position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a thriving Accounting and Bookkeeping firm.

Key responsibilities
  • Handling a range of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
  • Assisting with tax preparation and compliance, including sst and income tax filings
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Collaborating with the team to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
What we're looking for
  • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small to medium-sized practice
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as Autocount, SQL, UBS
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
