Job summary

A construction company in Selangor is seeking an Account and Admin Executive to manage accounts receivable. Responsibilities include maintaining collection records, issuing invoices, and closely monitoring overdue accounts. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in finance/accountancy and at least 1 year of related experience. A construction company situated in Sri Petaling seeking for account executive (handling account receivable). Handle accounts receivable include prepare billing, follow up collections.

Job Scope
  • To maintain a collection record of all projects
  • Going thought contract and LA to understand the payment term and claim term
  • To work closely with sales team to ensure timely payment and chasing overdue payment
  • To issue invoice and progress claim base on workdone at site
  • To maintain up to date debtors aging report and monitor closely for an overdue accounts
  • To prepare reminder letter to customer
  • Filing the work contract and update the manager on the payment term
  • Attend to the weekly collection meeting with management
  • Create, maintain and update customer profile in Accounting System
  • Any ad-hoc task is given by superior
Job requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of application in Excel
  • Possess good communication skill and teamwork spirit
  • Familiar with construction industry
  • Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc
  • Proficient in both Mandarin English and Malay language is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
