Responsibilities

  • Prepare bank reconciliation and accounting data entry.
  • Manage petty cash and staff claims.
  • Issue invoices and track payment collections.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
  • Provide administrative support, such as filing and data entry.
  • Handle property administration tasks.
  • Organise and schedule meetings.

  • Proficiency in using accounting software (Autocount) and MS Office suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
  • Effective communication skills in Mandarin for both written and verbal
