Job summary

A leading finance company in Subang Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in accounting or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin and Microsoft Excel is essential. Responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable management, and assisting in financial reporting. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents, receipts, and records.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash claims and staff reimbursements.
  • Support the preparation of reports for management or auditors.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling emails, and document control.
