A leading finance company in Subang Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in accounting or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin and Microsoft Excel is essential. Responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable management, and assisting in financial reporting. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Able to speak in Mandarin
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (knowledge of accounting software like SQL is an advantage)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and in a team

Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate entries
Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting
Maintain proper filing of financial documents, receipts, and records
Monitor and manage petty cash claims and staff reimbursements
Support the preparation of reports for management or auditors
Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling emails, and document control
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance or Admin Manager
