Working hour: 8am~5pm

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Head in daily accounting tasks and operations.
- Prepare and input invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and checking ledger entries.
- Organize and file accounting documents for future reference or audit.
- Support month-end closing, report preparation, and tax documentation under the guidance of the Account Head.
- Handle data entry in the accounting system and perform general administrative duties.
- Coordinate with other departments on accounting-related matters when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems such as SQL or other similar systems
- Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Exposure in food and beverage operations is an added advantage
- Team player with problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
