A leading aerospace company in Subang Jaya offers an 18-month apprenticeship program in aircraft engine maintenance. Participants will engage in critical engine assembly, disassembly, inspection, and component handling while partaking in structured training. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with a solid academic background in aircraft maintenance or engineering, eager to learn and work in a team-focused environment. Candidates must be willing to operate in rotational shifts, ensuring high safety and quality standards in their work.
This is an 18 months long apprenticeship program supporting aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities in line with approved procedures and regulatory requirements. The position involves assisting with engine assembly, disassembly, inspection, and component installation/removal, while participating in structured development programs that include classroom and on-the-job training with competency assessments. You will collaborate closely with engineers, mechanics, and cross-functional teams to build strong technical, analytical, and operational skills, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and company policies.
