Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement of direct materials (raw materials, components) and indirect materials (MRO, services) to meet production requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings and favorable delivery schedules.
• Issue and manage purchase orders (POs), monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to delays or quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure material specifications and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and pricing information in the companys ERP system.
• Participate in cost optimization, supply chain improvement, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, electronics, or injection molding industries.
