• Lead and manage the day‑today production operations in an injection moulding department
• Drive production schedule adherence, ensuring targets for output, yield, quality and safety are met.
• Supervise team of shift leads, operators and machine technicians.
• Coordinate with tooling maintenance, mould change teams, process engineering and quality assurance.
• Identify process bottlenecks, initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5S, TPM, Kaizen).
• Ensure mould setup, machine startup, changeover and shutdown routines are executed properly.
