Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, assembling, packing, and unpacking of goods.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Assist in planning and implementing warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination of warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare required reports to support smooth operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable recommendations to enhance warehouse performance.
• Secure the yard and storage areas by performing lock‑up and unlocking duties as required.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to best practices for safety, equipment maintenance, and stock preservation.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and related tools, safely and efficiently to support daily activities.
