Job Description

• Lead and manage night shift production to meet daily/weekly targets.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics for smooth operations.

Monitor KPIs, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), downtime, and scrap rates.

Implement corrective actions for delays, quality issues, or equipment failures.

Supervise night shift staff, conduct performance reviews, training, and handle conflicts.

Ensure products meet quality standards (ISO, GMP, OSHA compliance).

Conduct root cause analysis for defects and oversee corrective actions.

Maintain production records, safety audits, and compliance reports.

Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Prepare shift performance reports and ensure seamless handover between shifts.
