Job Description

  • Researching and sourcing suppliers for required goods and services.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Issuing purchase orders and tracking their status.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential suppliers.
  • Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery time.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Working closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and production to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Addressing any procurement-related issues or delays in the supply chain.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (usually 1-3 years) in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role, although some entry-level positions may be available for fresh graduates.
