• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Monitor process performance metrics such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed these targets.
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
• Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to ensure quality and reduce process variation.

Requirements:
