Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the majority of work involved in the baking/production process.
- Work as a team to ensure the desired end product is produced.
- Follow the work schedule strictly, including items to be made and their quantities.
- Focus on and improve assigned job functions in areas such as:
- Baking: In charge of baking merchandise after proofing and adding ingredients during baking.
- Prepare toppings for different items (e.g., egg wash, cheese, sugar, vegetables).
- Manage baking time and oven temperature for each product, and keep the oven clean.
- Maintain the oven and proffer, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
- Learn the various procedures and timings for baking each product.
- Table Work: Responsible for weighing and dividing dough, placing molded products on trays, and keeping the work area clean.
- Learn and improve molding procedures and other table work.
- Sheeting: Handle sheeting processes, keep sheeting machine clean, and explore ways to improve.
- Mixing: Manage mixing tasks and learn new recipes.
Job Requirements
Education, Qualification, and Experience
- SPM Certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in retail operations management or related field.
Computer Literacy Skills
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Teams
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working Environment
Ability to work on shifts, including off days, rest days, or public holidays.
