Job summary

A prominent HR consulting firm in Kuala Selangor is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to provide quality support through LiveChat and other digital channels. Applicants should have a Diploma and 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service industry, with excellent communication skills in English and Malay. The position offers a salary of RM3,000 to RM3,500 per month, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in Customer Service industry.
• Fluent spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer support (24/7) through LiveChat and Digital channels.
• Monitor various company communication channels and respond appropriately.
• Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, and report to supervisor.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to improve overall business.
• Support other department campaigns when needed.

Skills

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Malay

Ability to communicate results to management

Education

Diploma in any relevant field
