Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage external communications and shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments and international regions.
  • Provide first‑level customer inquiry support and issue triage.
  • Maintain and manage company, compliance, and merchant documentation.
  • Oversee external media and content updates.
  • Administer and support internal proprietary systems.
  • Deliver broad administrative and operational support to business units and leadership.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Professional‑level English communication skills (written and verbal) – essential.
  • Mandarin proficiency (written and verbal) – highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in the banking, payments, or financial services sector across operations, project coordination, business analysis, administration, or executive support roles.
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience in financial services or operations.
