Focus: Ensure safety and 5’s discipline, ensure daily production/control plan execution, lead, develop and discipline the production team, control in process quality, manage shop floor performance, communicate effectively across shifts and departments, be accountable for results, continuous improvement mindset

1. Meet with KPI assigned to Production Area (PQVC).
2. Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, certifications, and required training.
3. Maintain clear communication, escalation, and support with Production Supervisor and other departments.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
5. Meet safety performance metrics
6. Meet quality performance metrics
7. Provide and meet delivery commitments in accordance with customer requirements and report to planning
8. Understand production volume requirements to support customer demand
9. Ensure production volume requirements are met in a daily basis
10. Register and report daily volume requirements. Measurement of KPI follow up.
11. Perform risk analysis to identify potential production constraints and develop mitigation strategies and develop recovery plans as need it.
12. Provide ongoing 1+1 feedback and communication with team members.
13. Monitor, control, and track employees’ vacation schedules
14. Follow up and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies (RIT) in a timely manner
15. Support candidate interviews and hiring processes
16. Ensure payroll accuracy and on-time submission
17. Attend cross-functional or departmental meetings
18. Manage the purchase and quotation process for tools and new equipment
19. Track and ensure completion of preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
20. Monitor and ensure timely calibration of all area tools and production equipment
21. Control and monitor consumable usage within assigned areas
22. Follow the Scrap Process, monitoring and report to quality.
