A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor in San Luis Potosí. The ideal candidate will oversee production activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and efficient resource use. A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience are required. Conversational English and ERP experience are also necessary for this role.

Formación

• 4+ years in a similar position desirable.
• Assembly practice for disconnectors and reclosers.
• Basic knowledge of the LFT.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor compliance with the daily/weekly production plan.
• Ensure the correct allocation of resources.
• Supervise the technical and operational personnel assigned to the production line.

Descripción del empleo

Supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of production personnel to ensure compliance with the company's manufacturing programs, guaranteeing product quality, efficient use of resources, and compliance with industrial safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with the daily/weekly production plan.
• Distribute tasks to operating personnel according to workloads and team capacities.
• Ensure the correct allocation of resources (materials, tools, and machinery).
• Verify that the manufacturing processes for reclosers and disconnectors are carried out according to plans, technical procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure that cycle times are met without compromising quality.
• Monitor key production indicators (KPIs): efficiency, productivity, waste, etc.
• Supervise the technical and operational personnel assigned to the production line or area.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Electrical or electronic engineer.
• Experience: 4+ years in a similar position desirable.
• Conversational English
• Use of ERP (Oracle is a plus)
• Application of quality tools.
• Assembly practice for disconnectors and reclosers.
• Use of various types of tools.
• Basic knowledge of the LFT.
