A leading tire manufacturer in Atlacomulco is hiring a Training Coordinator to manage and develop training processes for employees. The role requires a professional degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. You will establish training strategies, coordinate updates for new equipment, and assess training needs. Applicants should have experience in HR and be fluent in English and Spanish. This role focuses on personnel development in a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with company policies.
The Training Coordinator will administer the plant’s training process to develop the necessary competencies in personnel, enabling them to perform their work efficiently. They will coordinate training for any updates, new equipment, machines, and/or processes as needed. In addition, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for CSD for all plant members, which includes needs assessment, program and curriculum development, training delivery through appropriate methods (distance learning, instructor‑led classroom sessions, online), scheduling coordination, coaching in specific skills, and evaluating and measuring overall CSD effectiveness.
