Formación

Develop Marketing Strategies
  1. Create and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s business goals.
  2. Define the brand’s positioning, values, personality, and messaging in collaboration with senior management.
  3. Analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  4. Use data and insights to shape brand strategies, identify key growth opportunities, and improve customer experiences.
  5. Define target audiences and tailor strategies to different customer segments.
  6. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) that communicate the brand’s message and engage target audiences.
  • Manage marketing efforts across different channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
Content Development
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, design) and external agencies to create engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise the creation of promotional content and materials.
Ecommerce Strategy and Execution
  • Support the execution of ecommerce strategies to drive online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience and sales growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, developers, or partners to ensure high‑quality user experience and website functionality.
Budget Management
  • Manage the marketing budget for Mexico, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet business goals.
  • Track expenses and ensure that all campaigns deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
Lead Generation
  • Implement strategies to generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
Team Leadership
  • Work closely with one marketing professional, providing guidance and mentoring, while encouraging collaboration and knowledge‑sharing with global teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  • Experience in mentoring colleagues and collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
