About the Role

The client is looking for a highly driven Marketing & Sales Implementation Specialist with a strong bias toward persuasion, follow-through, and revenue impact. This is not an administrative VA role. This is an implementation-focused marketing role for someone who understands sales psychology first and wants to grow into a strategic operator.

About the Position

You will support and execute a variety of revenue-producing marketing activities including funnel setup, email sequencing, lead magnet deployment, webinar preparation and follow-up, engagement tracking, and social/sales-oriented communication. You will work directly with the founder and internal team to turn strategy into execution.

This role requires ownership, initiative, and intelligence. If you need constant direction, this is not the role. If you eat deadlines for breakfast and get energized by making things convert—you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities
Funnel + Email Execution
  • Set up and manage funnels, automations, and tagging in Kajabi
  • Build and update email sequences, tag logic, and segmentation
  • Repurpose existing lead magnets into evergreen flows
  • Monitor webinar registrations, attendance, and follow-up sequences
  • Manage Bitly links and tracking
Content + Sales Enablement
  • Draft, edit, or assemble conversion-focused email copy (frameworks provided)
  • Write first-comment posts, engagement triggers, and social replies
  • Post and schedule content across platforms
  • Help reorganize and rewrite sequences to improve clarity and persuasion
Tech + Operations
  • Coordinate webinar backstage operations (Zoom + Kajabi + email reminders)
  • Manage and clean email lists
  • Perform basic video editing (testimonials, webinar clips, reel-style videos)
  • Update and build landing pages using provided frameworks
  • Maintain tracking sheets and performance dashboards
Community & Engagement
  • Manage replies, inbox conversations, and community messages
  • Send reminders, SMS messages, or manual follow-ups
  • Help with onboarding of new customers and members
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology, persuasion, and buying behavior
  • Fluent written English with persuasive writing ability (samples required)
  • Experience executing in at least one marketing or funnel platform (Kajabi and/or ClickFunnels preferred)
  • High technical comfort level (automations, tagging, tracking)
  • Proven experience in marketing support, sales enablement, or funnel operations
  • Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving
  • Comfortable with video calls, voice notes, Looms, and screenshares
Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills
  • Webinar management (Zoom, StreamYard, etc.)
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, etc.)
  • Copywriting course, training, or portfolio
  • CRM and list segmentation experience
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content + DM workflows
  • Landing page building / design experience
  • Basic graphic design (Canva)
  • Experience working with coaches, consultants, or online education brands
  • Understanding of U.S. business culture and online entrepreneurship
