We are a rapidly growing service-based company seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Virtual Assistant to manage critical financial and administrative operations. As our business expands, we need someone who is proactive, accurate, bilingual (preferred), and able to keep pace with a fast-moving workflow without constant supervision.
This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and streamline administrative processes. You will work directly with the company President and will have access to the systems necessary to support invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and day-to-day administrative operations.
