A leading automotive company seeks a Brand Manager – HD in Mexico to drive strategic planning and brand performance for the heavy-duty segment. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 8+ years of marketing experience, including a background in strategy. Responsibilities include managing product portfolios, new product launches, and P&L responsibilities. The role requires exceptional relationship management and the ability to analyze market data effectively.

The Brand Manager – HD will assist in delivering sustained growth for Valvoline’s LATAM business; and set the business up for future success by supporting brand management's goals for each of the brands within the heavy duty portfolio. Key responsibilities include delivering on projects and initiatives that drive share and volume projections to deliver annual plan, brand planning, financials and business performance, packaging, and consumer promotions. Must be skilled at partnering crossfunctionally with sales to drive high impact programs that deliver forecast.
Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Mass Communications, Administration, Public Relationships, International Commerce
8+ years of relevant professional in Marketing
5+ years of marketing & strategy experience preferred in an agency or company background.
Experience using Microsoft office and marketing tools or programs.
Experience managing external partners without oversight.
Proven results managing and building a HD plan following across a variety of channels and using platforms execution.
Experience analyzing and presenting reports and actionable data to external partners and internal senior executives.
