This role at ChemTreat, a Veralto company, is part of the nation’s largest and fastest‑growing specialty chemical company dedicated exclusively to industrial water treatment. The General Manager of Mexico will report to the Vice President, hold full P&L responsibility for the country’s business, and be accountable for performance, profitability, business planning, sales and marketing, operations, and resources. The position is located in CDMX and is on‑site.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit growth targets with timely and accurate sales and expense forecasts.
  • Lead the PD effort for the country.
  • Hire, train and develop associates per the strategic plan and future competency needs.
  • Lead the Operative Committee to drive cross‑functional collaboration for sustainable, repeatable results.
  • Execute an effective succession plan for key positions.
  • Identify and prioritize top customer segments; develop and execute Go‑to‑Market strategies to maximize sales and share gains.
  • Identify product gaps and coordinate product development with resources while maximizing revenue from the existing portfolio.
  • Lead and drive innovation within the organization to fuel profitable growth.
  • Segment the market and penetrate new verticals as outlined in the CT strategic plans.
  • Participate in industry trade functions to stay abreast of changes and opportunities.
  • Leverage synergy among the WQ businesses and the vast product portfolio to provide customers with complete, competitive solutions.
Qualifications
  • BS Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 8+ years in a business, marketing, or commercial leadership role, including managing revenue and margin goals with P&L experience.
  • Extensive experience building and leading teams; previous experience leading an operating company is a plus.
  • Experience with water quality products is a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen, capable of setting budgetary and profitability objectives and realizing them while expanding market share.
  • Strategic and tactical analytical skills to assess market, competitors, and company strengths and weaknesses and devise winning strategies.
