A leading consulting firm is seeking a Client Success Coach in Baja California Sur, Mexico to enhance client relationships and ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record managing high-value clients. Limitless Agency is a high-performance coaching and consulting company built exclusively for digital marketing agencies and online service businesses. We help agency owners scale revenue, improve systems, build predictable acquisition pipelines, and increase enterprise value so they can grow and eventually exit.
As a Client Success Coach, you will work directly with CEOs, founders, and agency operators. Your role is to help them gain clarity, implement proven frameworks, and stay accountable to the milestones required to scale.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO and co-founder of Limitless Agency to ensure client success, strategic alignment, and execution of the systems they are being coached through.
This position requires someone who understands the agency space, thinks strategically, communicates with authority, and enjoys helping business owners succeed.
This is not a junior or entry-level client manager role. You must be able to step into conversations with established business owners and confidently guide them.
