Key Responsibilities:

• 2nd, 3rd level of SAP support to resolve issues and execute activities.
• Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment.
• Apply corrective actions from KBA and SAP notes.
• System Performance Tuning.
• Update/Upgrade ABAP/JAVA systems.
• Plan a SP update/upgrades.
• Troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios.
• Plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customers.
• Support L2 members.
• Attend and participate actively in technical meetings.
• Provide knowledge transfer.
• Certificate implementation.
• System refresh.
• System export.
• Backup/Restore knowledge.
• Language installation.
• Application installation/uninstallation.

Skills Mandatory:

• Experience with multiple SAP components, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, and Content Server, with experience in HANA Database Administration.
• Experience working with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM tools.
• Desired experience working with Linux environments.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
