Job Description:

Experience Required in:

• Responsibilities: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is required. Design & Build Enablement proficiency at an Intermediate level is recommended.
• Configuration & Release Management proficiency is suggested at an Intermediate level.
• Lead the application design and configuration process.
• Act as the primary contact for application-related queries.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance on design and build enablement processes.

Language requirement: Advanced English 80%
