Position Summary:
The Senior Technical Analyst, HCM plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across multiple functional areas, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation. This role blends strong technical capabilities with functional understanding to deliver effective HR system solutions, integrations, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Oracle HCM technical operations and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, providing support for integrations, data management, configurations, and reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions, including configurations, workflows, and technical customizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports; create and manage HCM Extracts and HDL data loads.
- Build and maintain data file feeds and integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
- Perform Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates, including regression testing, patch validation, and issue resolution.
- Create and update Fast Formulas and configure workflow approval rules to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage resolution through Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
- Maintain and manage user roles, data security, and provisioning in accordance with internal policies.
- Document processes, enhancements, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and system continuity.
- Support and execute system changes through the established change control process.
- Remain informed of new Oracle HCM Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a technical analyst supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and post-go-live support.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.
- Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, and ATOM feeds.
- Proficient with Fast Formulas and Oracle BPM Workflow configurations.
- Familiarity with security setup, role-based access controls, and user provisioning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
