Role Responsibilities
  • Establish Delivery Experience Standards: Develop and implement delivery experience standards for third-party logistics to ensure the effective execution of policies, rules, and tools.
  • Data Visualization and Quantification: Achieve visualization and quantification of delivery experience data to ensure alignment of delivery experience goals among merchants, users, and the platform, as well as effectively communicate the perception of the experience.
  • Courier Education and Behavior Management: Implement a comprehensive courier education and behavior management process, including rule formulation, training, warnings, penalties, and replacements. Collaborate with frontline teams and the product department to enhance digital capabilities.
Role Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics delivery experience management or supply chain management within the retail sector, with a deep understanding of third-party logistics management and collaboration models;
  • Deeply understand the instant delivery field by evaluating the differing profiles of orders, such as food and entrega, from various perspectives, while also assessing user experience needs. Strong sensitivity to data, with excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with both middle and frontline teams;
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus;
  • Experience in international logistics delivery experience management and rule formulation is preferred;
  • Willingness to undertake long-term travel to Latin America.
