About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Billings Analyst to join our Accounting team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting, and work remotely from Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the process and validation of billing adjustments
• Assist the collections team with account reconciliation
• Perform monthly closing activities for billing, including reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AR-related issues
• Assess and improve current policies and procedures in line with company initiatives
• Support customer onboarding, including account setup and managing third-party systems

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience managing high volumes of various billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, and ERP systems like Netsuite
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and concepts
