This is a position with grade 13.

This position reports to Project Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project results. The work model for the role is: This role contributes to the Robotics and Discrete Automation division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
2. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
3. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
4. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

• 5 years of professional experience in a related position
• Experience handling projects in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong background and knowledge in finance (revenue, project margin, deviations, etc.)
• Advanced English communication skills
• Microsoft Project experience is desirable; PMP certification is desirable
• Availability for business trips (50% of the time). Valid Passport and Visa are desirable.
