A leading technology company is hiring a Maximo Technical Lead to oversee the integration of IBM Maximo solutions. The candidate will design and develop solutions, mentor a team, and drive innovation in MAS environments. Requirements include strong experience with Maximo, Java development, and asset management. This remote position requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field and approximately 5+ years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience.
- Strong experience with asset management, maintenance management, and inventory management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Responsibilities
- Lead Maximo integrations using MIF, REST / SOAP APIs.
- Architect system configurations and develop custom Java classes.
- Support upgrades and data migrations in MAS environments.

Join us as a Maximo Technical Lead and take ownership of designing, developing, and integrating solutions that power mission-critical operations. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, mentor a talented team, and drive innovation in MAS environments.
- Lead Maximo integrations using MIF, REST / SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Architect system configurations: Domains, Database Config, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, Workflows.
- Develop custom Java classes, BIRT reports, and automation scripts.
- Ensure best practices in CI / CD, version control, and coding standards.
- Support upgrades, data migrations, and deployments in MAS environments.
- #Strong experience with IBM Maximo (including MAS).
- Proficiency in MIF, REST / SOAP APIs, middleware integration.
- Java development & BIRT reporting.
- CI / CD, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Data migrations and upgrades.
- Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
