What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the solutions and delivery of agile pod teams for customers while using an Agile Pod methodology and scrum practices.
• Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction metrics and levels.
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organizing pods per customer deployments.
• Remove constraints and bottlenecks and coach the scrum / agile pod teams on removing these.
• Help the pod teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework as necessary.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Help the pod team achieve higher levels of Agile methodology maturity.
• Support the product owner and provide customer requirements and user story education where needed.
• Update executive dashboards with agile execution model metrics for assigned customer engagements.
