🚀 Data Analyst – 100% Remote (LATAM)

Location: Remote – LATAM-based professionals aligned to CST working hours
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a dynamic and established team. This role is crucial for creating new data models and maintaining existing ones within a sophisticated Human Resources Data Mart (HRDM).
You will play a vital role in enhancing a centralized and standardized data source that serves as the single source of truth for all employee and candidate data. Your work will directly empower strategic decisions by providing accurate historical and current HR metric reporting, impacting the entire organization's analytical capabilities.
