Qualifications

Responsabilities

  • Own & administrate Revenue Management topic in the Caribbean OpCos, acting as an independent RM advisor / Manager for the business
  • Align and drive the OpCo RM agenda strategy, aiming for constant optimization of Volume, Revenue and FGP to achieve AP targets
  • Continuously track RM pillars performance using analytics tool and set mandatory guardrails by brand, account, pack type
  • Analytics (combining internal and external data, financial and nonfinancial)
  • Training to relevant functions with OpCo on RM topics/tools
  • Drive continuous improvement of RM content & processes within the OpCo
  • Develop RM Broad team
  • Conduct annual pricing review to identify potential RM benefits (based on RM analytics, market intelligence, etc) and set guardrails on customer pricing trade terms, and mix execution
  • Regularly presents RM topics to different key stakeholders (e.g. provides regular RM update to MT, chairs monthly OpCo RM council meeting, has regular interactions with OpCo account & brand teams and with global RM team)

Requirements

  • Years/Experience type: 7 - 12 years areas: Revenue Management, Commercial, Financial & Analytics experience, preferably in fast moving consumers goods
  • Scholarship: Graduate, is Master an advantage
  • English level: Advanced (Must, global reports)
  • Travel (Low, medium, high): High
  • Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills to win support and drive decision making
  • High level of cross functional cooperation: effectively partnering with comm, control, account & brand team
  • Ability to visually present analysis, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way
