A leading beverage company in Monterrey is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to bridge operational needs and digital solutions. This role involves capturing requirements, building dashboards, and leading Agile ceremonies to drive digital transformation in the beverage industry. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in similar roles and be proficient in Power BI and Grafana. Fluent English is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in similar roles (project management, translator, digitalization).
• End-to-end analytics or digital projects delivered.
• Knowledge of digital transformation & Industry 4.0.

Responsabilidades

Main Purpose

Be the bridge between breweries and technical teams . Transform operational needs into digital solutions that deliver value, enabling dashboards , analytics , and tools that support Heineken’s digital transformation journey.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Engage with brewery stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams.

• Build and support dashboards (Power BI, Grafana).

• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

• ️ Support the leader with roadmap tracking, new use case identification, and continuous improvements.

• Promote adoption of Connected Brewery tools.

• Define KPIs and measure business impact of digital solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Engineering or related field.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years in similar roles (project management, translator, digitalization).

  • Agile/Scrum experience.

  • End-to-end analytics or digital projects delivered.

  • TPM methodology knowledge (Heineken TPM preferred).

  • Food & beverage industry experience (breweries a plus ).

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Power BI / Grafana.

  • Digital transformation & Industry 4.0 understanding.

  • Data integration, UAT, release management.
