Must-have Skills: Distribution ERP Implementer, ERP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the domain and customer ecosystem to configure the ERP system efficiently across all distribution modules; a good understanding of financials is preferred.
2. Quick learner with the ability to understand existing ERP systems.
3. Provide functional and transactional onboarding and training for ERP systems, including accounting, purchasing, production, distribution, billing, customer order entry, inquiry, and quality.
4. Document current (As-Is) process flows and consult on creating future (To-Be) process flows.
5. Promote best practices for ERP system use and implementation within the client's organization.
6. Ensure governance best practices for the ERP system.
7. Implement ERP systems and onboard new customers.
8. Train customers on the ERP system during implementation.
9. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs, elicit feedback, and provide solutions.
10. Present to internal teams, client stakeholders, and management.
11. Respond to communications from customer projects during onboarding.
12. Collaborate with the product development team to research and resolve issues identified during onboarding.
13. Provide input for product enhancements to the Product Owner.
14. Analyze and validate data migrated from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or certifications in business, technology, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Epicor, Infor, etc.
