Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Buyer Manager to oversee our paid media strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign planning, setup, execution, and daily optimization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Meta Ads campaign planning, setup, execution, and daily optimization.
  • Build and scale ad sets, audiences, and budgets across cold, warm, and retargeting stages.
  • Implement structured creative and audience testing frameworks.
  • Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality daily.
  • Identify winning creatives, angles, hooks, and offers based on data.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and insights for leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a performance level.
  • Hands‑on experience with funnel/landing page builders (ClickFunnels highly preferred).
  • Ability to read and analyze campaign metrics and convert them into clear action items.
  • Proven experience collaborating with creative teams (designers, editors, copywriters).
