Shared Experience | Welcome Call Specialist

THE POSITION

Welcome Call Specialists will be helping homeowners select the various products and services that they will need during and after the process of moving into their new homes.

Your core responsibility will be to develop relationships with new homebuyers by providing services like homeowners insurance, handyman services, moving services, cable services, change of address, and many other services.

This relationship will be ongoing with the homeowner through the move-in process.

You will receive remote onboarding training and ongoing call coaching and feedback.

This is a remote position and you must be able to work remotely without interruption for at least 8 hours per day.
