A growing landscaping firm is seeking an Outbound Call Lead Specialist to manage client scheduling and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and a strong work ethic. Blue Collar Scholars is the fastest growing landscaping and hardscaping company in the DMV. Operating out of Bethesda, we consistently double our revenue year after year. You are a team leader with a proven record of selling $1 million plus a year in a sales role. You want to be part of a high‑growth company with an opportunity to be on the ground floor of an emerging corporation. Our mission is to make the communities around us beautiful while providing jobs to hardworking local community members and grads. We are rapidly expanding and looking for someone with a strong work ethic who has experience in sales. Spanish speaking is not required but is a definite strength. The role of our outbound call specialist is managing through our customer portal and scheduling estimates for our sales team to meet with clients.
