The WFM Enablement Specialist ensures the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of workforce optimization and contact center platforms. This role administers WFO systems, builds and maintains automations and integrations, delivers tool‑driven insights, and partners with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency.

As a Demand and Orders Analyst at Caterpillar Inc., you will support customer inquiries, ensure material availability, and manage new orders and order modifications. You will work closely with internal operations and customers to ensure timely delivery.

The primary goal of the Intake Specialist is to qualify requests for assistance and move those qualified prospects along the sales process to the Sales Specialist.

The Pre‑Qualification Specialist will evaluate potential clients’ eligibility based on their legal status and the specifics of their case. This role is crucial in determining whether clients have a viable path to resolution.

The Intake Specialist performs their work under the direction of the Sales Team Lead.

At least a bachelor’s degree; may be substituted by a proven prior customer service role.

1. Convert lead into a prospect by qualifying them and converting a prospect into a paid consult with the attorney or sales by using the internal lead‑qualification system.
